8-31-19 Close Encounters of the Moose Kind

Picture this:  Tom and I decided to trek down to the southern coast of the Avalon peninsula (the peninsula in Newfoundland that is the furthest east) and “see what we see on the way”.  It is a beautiful clear day in St. Johns so we were excited to see some beautiful coastline.  The further southContinue reading "8-31-19 Close Encounters of the Moose Kind"

What a glorious day!  The sun is shining and the Coastal trail await us.  We barely began the hike when we were greeted by these inviting Adirondack chairs.  This is our 2nd hike in Gros Morne that has those chairs.  How very civilized! This hike winds along the coast with, of course, stunning views alongContinue reading "8-26-19 Coastal Trail and Terra Nova National Park"
